T-Horizons, LLC was founded in 2003 by Dr. Vincent DiLorenzo and Dr. Andrea Brockman - two practicing dentists - as a response to a consumer need for insurance coverage for dental treatment. The health-focused dentists believe that oral health affects overall health, but most medical health plans typically deny dental services. Through much research, they found that health savings accounts were a way to pay for dental treatment (tax free) as well as eye care, chiropractic and acupuncture (health services generally not covered by most medical plans).

In order to learn more about health insurance, Dr. DiLorenzo became a licensed health and life insurance broker. Dr. Brockman worked as a consultant with the many health professionals who were interested in both accepting this type of insurance for payment and well as using health savings accounts personally and for their employees. T-Horizons teamed up with experienced health insurance agencies and third party administrators to service professional organizations who could offer health insurance benefits to their members.

In the next several years, long-term care insurance was a growing need as the baby boom generation was watching their aging parents deplete their assets from increasingly expensive health care needs. Reminiscent of the scenario of the lack of coverage for dental expenditures, if one didn’t have long-term care coverage, large assets, or a wealthy relative, one’s options were unsatisfactory for a better quality of life.

In 2007, a continuing education course in Life Settlements shed light on a viable option for paying for continuing and long-term care. Many unneeded insurance policies could be sold for large sums and the money from the settlement could be used during the senior’s lifetime when it is needed most.

T-Horizons again researched, interviewed, and teamed up with the most experienced and reputable life settlement brokers. As educators, healthcare professionals, insurance agents, and consultants, Dr. DiLorenzo and Dr. Brockman dedicate their efforts as Life Settlement Intermediaries to bring understanding, integrity, and rewards to all their clients.

Dr. DiLorenzo holds licenses in Life Settlement / Viatical Broker as well as Life and Health Insurance.

Dr. Andrea Brockman , CEO at T-Horizons, LLC is a former geriatric and intensive care nurse and health-focused dentist. She is also the President of OraMedica International, LLC where she brings her expertise in health relationship management, marketing, and wellness education to T-Horizons clients. Andrea has brokered the services of insurance agencies and third party administrators to manage the group health insurance of some of the nation’s leading professional and trade organizations. Dr. Brockman is the author of numerous whitepapers, a program director for educational seminars, and  a liaison with service providers, financial professionals, brokers, and clients.
